Case Unveils New Web Site Featuring Enhanced Design

Case Construction Equipment announced today that it has launched an extensive redesign of its Web site (www.CaseCE.com) to accommodate the needs of its global audience. Featuring a dramatic new look, robust content and an intuitive site structure, the optimized site provides streamlined navigation and useful resources for visitors to the site.

“Case has created an online customer experience that blends information and useful tools in a consumable format to provide much-needed support at each stage of the product life cycle,” said Jim McCullough, Case CEO and president. “At a time when many are cutting back, we are investing more to give customers better tools in this economic environment.” McCullough added that the site also provides Case dealers with an array of online tools to better support Case customers locally. “This site augments customers’ relationships with our many dealers, and gives dealers better tools for those important relationships developed locally.”

“The new Case site addresses the unique preferences of our audience – whether they bought new or used, and whether they operate a single machine or manage an entire fleet,” said Paula Inda, responsible for Case communications globally. “Our goal has been to support all customers throughout their entire experience with our products, regardless of their equipment use or fleet size.”

The redesigned Web site includes convenient features to help customers determine which piece of Case construction equipment best suits their needs. A competitive comparison feature includes a database with specifications for Case equipment and comparable competitive models listed side by side, allowing the customer to directly compare the equipment.
