Case Construction Equipment recently introduced a Web-based training program for the more than 350 Case dealer locations across North America.
The online program incorporates elements from face-to-face training, seminars, self-directed learning programs on compact disc, online courses, Web casts and other interactive programs. The goal is to provide Case dealers with the tools and resources required to deliver the highest level of customer support in the construction equipment industry.
By the end of 2008, the online training program will feature nearly 20 Web-based product training modules. In addition, more than 50 parts and service market training courses will be offered.”As our customers face tougher market conditions, they are setting the bar higher and looking for new ways to acquire equipment and protect their investment,” said Roland Witte, manager of product sales and training for Case Construction Equipment. “Case is committed to delivering the training our dealers need to be able to provide our customers with innovative solutions for equipment, parts, warranties, financing and insurance.”
