MCAA will hold its annual convention concurrently with the World of Masonry. The World of Masonry is held each year during the World of Concrete. The move will benefit the Masonry Industry by combining resources and making the World of Masonry, an integral part of World of Concrete, the Masonry industry’s premier event. MCAA will hold several education sessions along with many exciting outdoor events & demonstrations.
Be sure to visit the new GREENSITE area of the show floor located in the South hall, Level 2. There you will find exhibitors showcasing green build technologies and products along with displays, video presentations, and valuable information. In addition, a new track for 2008 in the 90-minute Seminars is Green Building. Sustainability and environmental friendly construction is in demand, making this track of six sessions a timely addition to the WOC Education Program.

The Concrete Industry Management (CIM) National Steering Committee (NSC) is once again hosting an unreserved auction at the 2008 World of Concrete in Las Vegas. Concrete industry-related and non-related items will be auctioned off with all proceeds benefiting the CIM Program. Last year, the CIM auction raised over $500,000 and was a huge success.
