New Trucks from Kenworth and Peterbilt for 2007 – More safety and more comfort

The T660 is not a killer cyborg for yet another Terminator sequel, it’s a new aerodynamic 2007 truck from Kenworth, just one of many that Big Rig Owner features in a rundown of new trucks from the Mid-America Trucking show.

The T660 is ready for new 2007 emission standards and features a streamlined new design for better aerodynamics and engine cooling. The interior of the T660 features a new electrical instrumentation system, GPS navigation system, and new halogen headlamps that project 40% more light.

Peterbilt rolled out new truck models, which they describe as a “landmark occasion” and “best new products Peterbilt has ever offered”. The new Peterbilt trucks are more aerodynamic, fuel efficient, and maneuverable.

But being sleek and safe does not mean much if a truck is not comfortable. Both companies have added more room to their sleeper cabs, along with other enhancements to make long drives easier.
